"Public health and military health: a strategic alliance for citizens' health". On the occasion of the 192nd anniversary of the Italian Army Health Corps, Fiaso, the Italian Federation of Health and Hospital Companies, expresses its "appreciation for the irreplaceable contribution of military health to the country system", renewing its commitment to "an increasingly solid alliance between civilian and military health institutions".
"Five years ago, during the Covid pandemic, "the collaboration between public health and military health guaranteed the country an extraordinary response in one of the most difficult moments in our recent history - said Fiaso president, Giovanni Migliore, who this morning participated in the ceremony held at the Policlinico Militare in Rome - That spirit of national unity must continue to inspire our work every day. It is a value that has its roots in the Constitution and that calls us to work together to protect citizens' health, also through new and shared solutions".
To reiterate the common search for innovative solutions, at the Fiaso Forum 'Logos & Techne', scheduled in Syracuse from 26 to 28 June - the Federation informs - General Carlo Catalano, Inspector General of Military Health, will also speak with a reflection on the use of artificial intelligence in military health and on the contribution that new technologies can offer to the entire health system.
